When working with an Real Estate Agent it is my job to get information to you asap, find you the right property for a fair price, negotiate 100% on your behalf, make sure you are protected in the purchasing agreement, make sure that the paperwork gets to the right people at the right time. At no cost to you the Buyer!
Buyers job is to be loyal to their Agent! If your happy with your agent’s service and they are putting a lot of time in with you why would you not want to see them get paid!
It would be like you working for 3-4 weeks or more and your boss tells you he is not paying you!

A lot of Buyer’s do not seem to have an understanding of how and when we get paid. We get paid by the vendors, when our Buyer’s have taken possession and sometimes this takes weeks to years depending on when our Buyer’s find the right home.
Commissions are split into 4 parts. Two parts to Sellers Agent and Brokerage and two parts to Buyer’s agent and Brokerage. Then each party have their fees & expenses to be paid out of their share.
